Acceptance

By accessing or using 4DevTool, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website, tools or API.

Purpose

4DevTool provides browser-based developer tools and synthetic test data for QA, demos, development and automation. The service is intended for software development, testing, education, debugging, prototyping and non-production workflows.

Responsible use: Generated values are synthetic test data. Format-compliant values do not represent official records, real people, real companies, real accounts or real documents.

Permitted use

Testing forms, masks, validations and API integrations.
Creating non-production fixtures, mockups and demo data.
Learning about formatting, validation algorithms and developer utilities.
Automating QA, staging, local development and educational workflows.

Prohibited use

Fraud, impersonation, identity abuse or misleading third parties.
Real registrations, real identity verification, official documents, purchases, contracts, financial transactions or government forms.
Attempts to represent generated values as real personal, company, banking or official records.
Illegal activity, abuse, excessive automated requests, scraping that harms availability or attempts to bypass controls.

API usage

The public API is provided for reasonable developer, QA, demo and automation use. Rate limits may be applied to protect availability. Endpoints, response formats and availability may change, although we try to preserve existing behavior whenever practical.

No warranty

4DevTool is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, legal suitability for every jurisdiction, or correctness for every edge case. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them in your workflow.

Limitation of liability

4DevTool and its operators are not liable for damages, losses, claims or consequences arising from misuse of the tools, generated values, API, documentation or third-party services.

Intellectual property

The 4DevTool name, interface, content and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You may use the public website and API for normal developer workflows, but you may not resell the service as your own product without permission.
